These Terms and Conditions apply to users of the EmlakVitrin.com (hereinafter referred to as “we,” “our,” or “the platform”) website (www.emlakvitrin.com). This platform is only available for use by real estate agents, construction companies, contractors, and related professionals to add listings. Other users may only view listings, add them to favorites, follow them, and communicate directly with the listing owners.

1. Definitions

User: Any individual or legal entity registered on or using the EmlakVitrin.com platform.

Listing Owner: Real estate agents, construction companies, and contractors who add, edit, or publish listings on the EmlakVitrin.com platform.

Other Users: Individuals who only view, favorite, follow, and communicate with the listing owners on the EmlakVitrin.com platform.

2. User Account

To use the platform, users must create an account. Real estate agents, construction companies, contractors, and similar professional users will gain the ability to add listings by completing an e-Government EID (Electronic Identity Verification) process. Other users may only view listings and communicate with listing owners.

3. Adding Listings

Adding listings is only possible for users who have completed the e-Government EID verification process and provided the necessary professional credentials (real estate agents, construction companies, contractors). Users adding listings must comply with the following obligations:

Ensure the accuracy of their listings.
Ensure that listings published on the platform comply with laws and ethical guidelines.
Do not publish misleading, deceptive, or fake listings.
Select the correct listing categories as specified by EmlakVitrin.com.

4. Rights and Obligations of Other Users

Other users may only view listings, add them to favorites, follow them, and communicate with listing owners. The rights and obligations of other users are as follows:

They may only comment on listings through the communication provided on the platform.
They may only use the platform for legal purposes.
They may not use the platform in a way that violates the rights of others.
Using the platform for purposes other than communication with listing owners is prohibited.

5. User Obligations

Users agree to comply with the following conditions when using the platform:

Declare that all information provided on the platform is accurate, up-to-date, and complete.
Not infringe the rights of other users or third parties.
Ensure that all actions taken on the platform comply with laws and regulations.
Not use the platform to harm, misuse, or obstruct the platform's functionality.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Certain fees may be charged for listings published on the platform. Users may not request a refund for the fees paid. Listings may become active immediately after payment is made. Users who wish to cancel their listings acknowledge that cancellation requests are subject to the platform's refund policy.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, software, graphics, logos, and other materials published on the platform are the property of EmlakVitrin.com. Users may only view the content on the platform for personal use. Copying, sharing, or distributing the platform's content without permission is prohibited.

8. User Information Privacy

Personal data provided on the platform is processed and protected in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the platform, users agree that their personal data will be processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

9. Modification and Termination of the Platform

EmlakVitrin.com reserves the right to modify or completely shut down the platform at any time. Users agree to comply with any changes made to the platform.

10. Legal Liability

Any legal issues arising during the use of the platform are the responsibility of the user. EmlakVitrin.com cannot be held liable for any damages or legal liabilities arising from users' misuse of the platform.
